 At every stage of spiritual awareness, Meditation remains the best way to advance on your spiritual journey in life.

 There are several ways to meditate.  All are Great!  All have good results!

 as the planet continues to ascend we need to ascend with her.  It is for this reason that I teach "sacred heart meditation".    

Sacred Heart Meditation connects the innate body with one's soul.  From that point, infinite possibilities are available.  

 I offer a weekly Monday night meditation on zoom.  After meditation, I channel the voice of the Angelic Realm Guardians Council of Light.  Valuable information is revealed in every channeling.
