1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. 2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we change the order status to pending. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
2.3a where goods are not available;
2.3b where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
2.3c if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
2.3d if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
3. PRICING
3.1 Our prices for products include Michigan sales tax, and are required by State regulation.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/08/2022
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you wish to cancel your order:
4.1a you can notify us by email or by submitting an RMA from your account before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
4.1b where goods have already been dispatched to you or, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods that have already been dispatched (shipped) to you within 5 days of receipt for a refund as long as your request was submitted before being dispatched (shipped) and, you have not opened the package. All refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The costs of returning goods to us is your responsibility.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods, we will credit your account minus a 30% restocking fee.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
4.4a in the event that the product has been used or intentionally destroyed
4.4b to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
4.4c The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
4.5 DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Applied promo codes, coupon codes and gift certificates may not be used on previous orders and may not be redeemed for cash. Some discounts may only be applied to regular priced items (sale items are excluded), unless otherwise indicated. Refer to the Promotions or Discounts Terms and Conditions by clicking on Promotions, newsletters or product information for specific information.
4.5a Only one promo code can be used per order, unless otherwise indicated. The last code you enter will be the one that gets applied.
4.6 Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates (GC) are NOT redeemable for CASH, including any remaining balance. GC's can be used towards shipping costs and used in conjunction with Discounts and Promotions. GC balance is valid for 1 year upon being issued. Any unused balance NOT used after 1 year from issuance will be forfeited and NOT refunded.

10.15 Pre-payment for services:
10.15a When a specific time appointment is set for a pre-paid session and YOU miss your appointment time, SarahAnn is under no obligation whatsoever to refund your money, or to reschedule your appointment.
10.15b This holds true for any remote session, or personal session.
10.15c IF you cannot make your appointment time, you must notify SarahAnn, 48 hours in advance to have the session rescheduled.
10.15d SarahAnn retains the right to refuse services when appointment times are not honored.
10.15e Rescheduling appointments is at the discretion of SarahAnn.
11.0 RECORDINGS:
11.1 Recordings of any reading, session, or conversation on cassette, CD, MP3 or in any electronic format are copyright protected.
11.2 Any recording on cassette, CD or MP3, or in any electronic format are the property of SarahAnn and Star Light Connection and any use other than for what they are intended (personal record of reading) is strictly prohibited.
11.3 You are welcome to record your own reading but only for use in the same context as above (11.2 personal record of reading).
11.4 Permission to record SarahAnn Schweitzer’s voice for any reason, must be received and approved in writing, by SarahAnn Schweitzer, prior to communication.
11.5 While a record of such sessions may be provided as a courtesy, if for any possible reason, SarahAnn decides the session should not be recorded, a recording of the session is deemed a copyright violation.
11.6 All information pertaining to any session, (group, phone or in person) is to be utilized as a personal memory for the client only.
11.7 by agreeing to a session from SarahAnn, you agree that any recording of her voice in that session, for any reason other than person recall of the session is null and void and cannot be used in a court of law for any reason.
11.7a by recording a session, you relinquish any legal right to use the voice recording against SarahAnn or Star Light Connection as specified in the disclaimer on this website.
11.7b using this website, purchasing a service or product from the website, any communication with SarahAnn regarding services, products or the website in general constitutes acknowledgement of the disclaimer policy and activates the disclaimer.

15.1 We do not guarantee that the product will meet your expectations. we will not guarantee, reimburse, replace, or accept return on product that you deem, after receiving it, not to meet your expectations nor be appropriate for your application.
15.2 Our crafted items are handmade; therefore every effort is made to produce a professional looking product, no guarantee is given to determine the quality of that professional looking product. What is professional looking to you may not be the standard that is accepted by our quality control department. We are not responsible for any differences in the professional look of the product.
15.3 Construction quality guidelines may permit mis-stitching, loose threads, mis-matched seams, improper closures and other sewing and embroidery nuances that are far too numerous to mention. Each seamstress and machine operator has their own level of sewing/embroidery expertise and therefore a defective free product cannot be guaranteed.
15.4 Sewing and embroidery machines vary in quality and sewing precision. Every effort is made to produce a quality product, nuances of sewing machines and sewers is to be expected and adds personality to the value of a hand-made product.
15.5 Trims & fabric processing change frequently; therefore the material, quality, fabric choice, patterns, lace, trims, and thread used in the product may become obsolete quickly. Due to these reasons, exact product duplication is unavailable.
15.6 Fabric used is not fire retardant--that means the fabric used can catch on fire. Product should never be used near flammable situations, near fire, open flames, flammable objects, campfires, or other flammable situations. Children should not use any products without adult supervision.
15.7 Dyes from manufacturing materials used in product may run, bleed, and stain other items when washed. If the product can be washed, always wash products separately in cold water.
15.8 Placing product in the mouth is not recommended. Also chewing or sucking on the product is not recommended. Dyes may be release with saliva and can cause potential hazards to health.
15.9 Trims, lace, buttons, Velcro, and other embellishments used on product may become loose and can cause damage to the product or become harmful to a child. Repair any tears, loose trims, velcro, or other materials used to produce or embellish the product is your responsibility. SarahAnn and Star Light Connection assumes no responsibility of the product once it has been shipped.
15.9a When you accept the product, you assume total responsibility for the product, any harmful occurrences that may arise from product ownership therefore is totally your responsibility. We are held harmless. Use this product at your own discretion and risk.
15.9b You are responsible for any misuse of this product. The product is intended to be used as described on website. Seller does not make and shall not be bound by any other warranty expressed, implied, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will seller be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind arising in connection with the use or inability to use its product.

16. PRODUCT NOTICES AND WARNINGS
16.1 Fabric used in making product can catch on fire--it is NOT Flame retardant—no not use near fire or flame.
16.2 Dyes used in manufacturing the fabric can run or bleed when it contact with water. Wash separately in cold water. Do not put product in mouth.
16.3 Do not put product in a Microwave. If product requires drying, Use a clothing dryer at your own risk. Line or air drying is recommended.
16.4 Do not put product in mouth, suck, chew, or eat product
16.5 Do not allow small children to play with product unsupervised.
16.6 Do not iron product with a hot iron. Fabric can scorch, melt, or become damaged. Iron with a cool iron, polyester setting if product calls for ironing.
16.7 Shred, destroy and discard any plastic bags or shipping fillers that product is mailed in. Plastic bags can cause death. Do not put plastic bag in mouth or over the head--it can cause suffocation and death.
