Step 2: Vow Breaks. Everyone has made a vow at one time in their life. I will NEVER Do _____(fill in the blank)___ again! That is a vow. And there are consequences for making that vow.  Vow Breaks -
 Vows are a major way that humans lock their energy into Karma - and we do it all the time!
We all speak before we think. When we are upset, emotionally distraught, angry, or feel betrayed, hurt, humiliated, etc., we blurt out statements that may sound okay in the moment, but have a lasting powerful effect as a vow that will limit you.
For example: You are remembering one of your past lives.  In that life, you spoke your mind to a person in authority--they didn't like what you said--and you were killed for speaking up and voicing an opinion. You regretted what you said , but were killed anyway.  That experience got locked it in your consciousness. In death you proceed to your life review and when that scene is reviewed, you declare: "I am NEVER going to say what I really think to anyone ever again!"  You Just Made A Vow!  Immediately a slew of devices, structures, entities, blocks, and fears are assigned to your energy to help you to keep that vow least you change your mind later.  
This is done FOR you because it is the most effective way to teach you about karmic limitation. So in every future life incarnation this vow plays out like this: In every lifetime you would have a difficult time expressing yourself until speaking up and voicing an opinion was safe to do once again or the vow was recinded/lesson learned.  The underlaying command that transfers lifetime to lifetime is:  "In this circumstance, I will NOT follow my spirit".
And, we make many vows!  Think about how many times you have said the words: "I will NEVER ________ (and fill in the blank accordingly).  That was a vow.  And that vow will recycle in this lifetime, and in each succeeding lifetime you have!
Can you get rid of your vows?  Yes!
We know how to do that: forgive, show unconditional love to those that have hurt us, turn the other cheek, take the higher road, etc...… .....but how many have done this? In the nightly news we hear of people wanting revenge for what they perceive as infractions to their personal life. When you scream out in pain statements like: "They should go to jail for hurting me _______." "They should pay for what they did _______" "I'm entitled to____ and I want it now!" These and other such statements are vow statements made in this lifetime or carried over from past lifetimes.  They appear as frustration, anger ,blocks & limitations to overcome.
To summarize, everyday we could make new vows that we will be held accountable for in this life and our next;, and, be dealing with vows we made in past lives as well.  No wonder we have so many challenges in life!  
If you would like to rescind and break your vows, a Vow Break Session is what you need to have. AND, since we have the ability to create vows everyday, having a vow break session a couple of times a year would not be a bad idea either.
Many people couple a Karma Matrix Removal with their Vow breaks.  These two sessions done together are very powerful.
